INNOVATION COORDINATOR

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Led collaborative work on time-sensitive projects within PNC’s 10,000 sq. ft. applied research facility the “iLab", and partnered with key stakeholders from C-Suite, Engineering, Product, and Design teams (over 120+ internal partners)

  • Recruited 100+ participants working cross-functionally with market research agencies for UX|UI research studies, (edit, proofread, and synthesized findings from research), measured data using Salesforce to recommend strategic solutions

  • Served as Collegiate Chair for Employee Business Resource Groups: TechConnect & WomenConnect 

  • Partnered with Innovation Program team to facilitate Innovation Program events including PNC's API Fest, CyberFest, and other innovation speaker series 

RESULTS

  • Integrated design thinking across 30% of the company through coordinating Design Thinking Workshops for different departments

  • Redesigned the retail banking customer experience for small business owners

  • Developed on-boarding experience for new employees on the Enterprise Innovation team

  • Influenced inclusion & diversity across the company through involvement with Employee Business Resource groups, and partnered with NCWIT organization to attract and retain talent from local universities (including my Alma Mater West Virginia University)
